Taste of Timsbury is keen to create and/or support a legacy of food events. Below are details of events in the village which are all about good food!

Cook and Eat cookery classes for the over 55's

Run by Bath College, this is a FREE 7 week cooking course led by an experienced and qualified tutor who will advise on all things nutritious and delicious with the added benefit of cooking and eating together at the end of the session.

The course begins on Tuesday 21st November 2017 between 10am and 1pm at Timsbury Conygre Hall.

Pea Pods Kids Cookery classes

For children ages 2 to 5, here's the opportunity to get their hands into food and learn new skills whilst doing it. Run every Thursday at Timsbury YMCA between 1.30 and 2.45pm, this is an 8 week course for all children (starting 9th November) - with the first taster session free. All equipment and resources are provided.

So come and join Sara from Live, Learn, Cook to taste, scrunch, crumble, tear and mix towards a healthy start in life.

The Basics of Gardening Course

Brought to you by Timsbury Horticultural Society, this 6 week course starts on 17th January 2018 at the Conygre Hall (7.30pm to 9pm). Covering all you need to know about the gardening basics from soil type to propogation to design, it will also include a session on growing your own vegetables and fruit. The cost for the course is £50.
